ONLINE ESTIMATE TOOL
Getting into an accident is stressful, that’s why we’ve made sure that it isn’t stressful to get an estimate. Our online estimate tool works in a way that is convenient to you, and safe to everybody. We understand that direct human contact should be limited as much as possible during this challenging time. That’s why our new online estimate tool allows users to receive a free online estimate from the comfort of their homes. All that you need is a smartphone or a computer! Let’s check out how it works, and what you’ll need to do step-by-step.
Choose Location
By visiting our collision center website choosing which location is best for you, and clicking Start Your Free Estimate, you’ll be able to have the online estimate tool sent directly to your phone. If you prefer, you can choose to continue on your computer. If you’re already here from our website, congratulations, you’re already finished with Step 1.
Capture Photo
Once you’re inside the estimate tool, you’ll be asked to input your vehicle’s year, make, and model. Then you’ll select the area of your vehicle that has been damaged and will submit photos of the area from various angles. Once all of the photos of the damaged parts are submitted, you’ll be asked to submit your VIN number. Inside of the estimate tool is a video on how to locate your VIN if you’re unsure. All of your information will be kept privateand secure.
Submit for Review
Submit your contact info and finish your part of the estimate process. All of your data will be sent to our estimate team, who will assess the damage through our system. We’ll reach out to you with our estimate about the cost and the repair process.
Free Pick Up
Once we’ve discussed the repair process with you, we’ll set up an appointment to comepick up your vehicle from anywhere in the Bay Area free of charge*. Our team will remain in contact with you throughout the repair process, and you’ll be able to track the status of your repair via text messages. We’re happy to answer any of your questions along the way as you remain safe at home.

Enjoy The Result
When your return is finished, we’ll virtually go over results. From there you can come pick up your vehicle, or we’ll deliver the car back to you. At Sunwise Collision Centers, we only use OEM parts to ensure that your vehicle will be as safe as possible and will have a longer, happier life.
