As a franchised dealership and distributor of BMW Group products, we support the BMW Group’s efforts to eradicate human trafficking, slavery, and other inhumane compulsory labor practices from its supply chains. Because we rely on the BMW Group’s efforts in this area, and because we are not in a position to do so from a practical or economic perspective, we do not engage in verification of our product supply chains to evaluate and address the risks of human trafficking and slavery, nor do we conduct audits of suppliers to evaluate their compliance with company standards for human trafficking and slavery in supply chains.

For the same reasons, we do not require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.

Similarly, we do not maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and trafficking, and we do not provide employees and management with training on human trafficking and slavery or mitigating the risks within the supply chains of products, as we rely on the BMW Group for enforcement and accountability in all of these areas.
